Seminar
Title: Rethinking how we do good, who we care about and what we work on
Overview
Our seminar will run for 11 weeks in August & September 2022, with in-person classes every Saturday afternoon lasting 2 hours and pre-class readings that will require approximately 3-4 hours a week to complete. The seminar instructor will be Cecil Abungu and we will have guest talks from impressive figures.
We will spend the first 3 weeks discussing topics around rethinking how we do good, the next 3 weeks on topics designed to rethink who we care about and the final 5 weeks on some pressing problems we can work on. All topics will be covered with the lived experiences of Africans in mind.
